Morocco:

Nigeria:
Prices fixed by government for subsidized fertilizers. Subsidy programme started in 1991 and ended in 1997.

Seychelles:

Sierra Leone:
Subsidy programme ended in 1994. Prices are determined by demand and supply and by the security situation in the country at the time.
South Africa:
Farmgate prices. Subsidy programme ended in 1984. Prices from 1997 are based on company price lists.
Sudan:
The Ministry of Agriculture is responsible for supplying the government schemes concerning inputs; farmers receive these inputs (including fertilizers) at the actual costs.
Swaziland:

Tanzania, United Republic of:

Togo:
